Columbiana County Municipal for 11-11

In county Municipal Court on Monday, an East Palestine man was sentenced to six months in the county jail for OVI second offense and lane violations.

Additionally, Jeffrey Nulf, 42, West Clark Street, was fined $875 and had his driver's license suspended for one year; review hearing Jan. 19.

Daniel Kyser, 31, Columbiana Lisbon Road, Leetonia, pleaded not guilty to OVI first offense, failure to comply, reckless operation and lane violations; pretrial Nov. 16.

Darrell Highley, 31, Morton Street, East Liverpool, pleaded not guilty to domestic violence; pretrial Dec. 29. Highley is accused of grasping a woman about the neck with both hands.

Shawn Athey, 37, West Clark Street, East Palestine, pleaded not guilty to violating a temporary protection order. Bond was set at $1,000; pretrial Nov. 23.

Francine Dolegowski, 50, Columbia Street, Leetonia, pleaded not guilty to driving under suspension; pretrial Dec. 8.

Gregory Hawkins, 55, Howard Street, Columbiana, was fined $200 for two county of failure to file tax.

Cody Spahr, 18, Carrollton, pleaded no contest to underage consumption; sentencing Dec. 8.

Michael Wilson, 28, Trinity Church Road, Hanoverton, was fined $150 for a miscellaneous wildlife violation.

Shannon Davis, 26, Boardman, was fined $150 for speeding.

Danielle Walters, 32, East Park Avenue, Columbiana, was fined $50 for failure to reinstate license and speeding.

Richard Miller, 35, Meadow Road, Kensington, was fined $30 for speeding.

Luella Bergsma, 71, Byron Center, Mich., was assessed costs only for speeding.

In county Municipal Court on Tuesday, a Wellsville man was sentenced to six days in the county jail and was fined $50 for theft.

James Moore, 20, Cedar Alley, entered a vehicle in Lisbon and removed items that did not belong to him.

Milton Sokolovich, 54, Midland, Pa., was sentenced to three days of traffic school, was fined $700 and had his driver's license suspended for six months for OVI first offense and speeding.

Aaron Thompson, 19, Rose Drive, pleaded not guilty to OVI first offense and speeding; pretrial Dec. 17.

Two counts of assault were dismissed against Tammy Cox, 38, Graham Street, due to failure of alleged victims to appear.

Travis Jeffery, 30, Saltwell Road, pleaded not guilty to theft. Bond was set at $1,000; pretrial Dec. 15. Jeffrey is accused of taking $10 from a woman's wallet, which was in her room, and using it to buy a Penthouse magazine.

Jessica Davis, 27, North Market Street, East Palestine, pleaded not guilty to theft; pretrial Dec. 28. Davis is accused of having between $605 and $630 belonging to the New Waterford Eagles Lodge missing from her locker there when she resigned; paying back all but $154, noting she was permitted to borrow $100 for gasoline and the amount was $54 short for some reason, and saying she had left the locker unlocked.

Patrick Jarrett, 25, Homewood Avenue, Salem, pleaded not guilty to driving under suspension and a stop sign violation; pretrial Jan. 7.

Jessie Henson, 21, Masury, pleaded not guilty to driving under suspension and speeding; pretrial Dec. 28.

Ronald Elliott, 41, Vine Street, Salem, was fined $250 for driving under suspension.

Eugene Beaver, 45, Carbon Hill Road, East Palestine, pleaded not guilty to criminal damaging; pretrial Dec. 29. Beaver is accused of breaking a window on a live-in companion's car.

Laura Vaughn, 18, Dyke Road, Rogers, pleaded not guilty to criminal trespassing; pretrial Jan. 7.

Jared Coil, 22, Steubenville Pike, was fined $100 for failure to reinstate license and two plates.

Craig Readshaw, 57, West Pidgeon Road, Salem, was fined $50 for failure to keep accurate records - wild animal propagation.
