Called to Independence Square about a harassment complaint, officers were advised by Tonni and Dustin Huff that a man they know has been coming to the residence, looking for another man who doesn't live there. They said he has been harassing them.

A pickup truck driven by George Gamble, no address listed, struck a bale of hay which fell from the vehicle in front of him while both were northbound on state Route 7. The other vehicle was being driven by Malvin Roman, no address listed. Gamble's truck suffered light damage to the bumper and license plate, according to reports.

Derrick Spann, Commerce Street, reported his license plate stolen.
