EP Christmas Home Tour
EAST PALESTINE - The East Palestine Town and Country Garden Club will be having the Christmas Home Tour from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday and extended hours from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday. The Theme is "An Old Fashioned Country Christmas." Tickets are $10 and are available at each home, DND'S Restaurant, Flowers Straight from the Heart, The Sunflower Seed, Endia's Photography and George's Hair Styling, with maps on the back. Lunch will be at the Unity Grange from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. (both days) and crafts are back at Heid Hall 4-8 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday and noon to 4 p.m. Sunday. Also Joanne McDevitt will have crafts at Unity Grange. A Live Nativity Scene at First Presbyterian Church (Friday evening only).
There will be five beautifully decorated homes. The Herriott residence "A Taste of a Country Christmas," the Huff residence "Racing into Christmas," the Dunlap residence "A Victorian Christmas," the Fruit residence "Primitive Treasures Borrowed from Nature" and the Patrone residence "Ye Old Time Christmas." Georges's Hair Styling Salon will be included with the homes. Also featured is the East Palestine Memorial Public Library where punch and cookies will be served in the Community Room by Friends of the Library from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday. Various businesses will be participating.
