Columbiana County Municipal for 11-8
In county Municipal Court on Friday, a Negley man pleaded not guilty to two counts of cruelty to animals.
A pretrial is scheduled for Jan. 11. for Merle Reese, 33, Pancake Clarkson Road, who is accused of keeping a white stallion in a barn for about five months without sufficient exercise or a change of air or a sufficient quantity of good, wholesome food and water.
David Sherman Jr., 22, Akron, was fined $130 for driving without a valid license and speeding.
Allison Petrich, 28, McCoy Avenue, East Liverpool, was fined $100 for driving without a valid license.
Mark Klein II, 24, North Ellsworth Avenue, Salem, pleaded not guilty to passing bad checks; pretrial Dec. 22.
Donald Mohr, 45, Benton Road, Salem, was fined $50 for expired registration.
Rachel Williams, 36, Maple Drive, East Liverpool, pleaded not guilty to traffic control devices; pretrial Dec. 21.
Aaron Francis, 23, Huston Road, East Liverpool, was fined $30 for failure to control.
David Hall, 35, West State Street, Salem, pleaded not guilty to speeding; pretrial Dec. 15.
Charles Kidder, 33, East Pine Street, Lisbon, was fined $30 for unsafe vehicle, amended from speeding.
Karl Weaver, 27, North Price Road, Salem, was fined $25 for failure to display valid sticker.
