Columbiana County Municipal for 11-7
In county municipal Court on Tuesday, an Austintown man facing seven charges was placed in the Successful Treatment and Recovery program.
Kurt Morris, 52, pleaded guilty to public indecency, failure to comply, hit-skip, reckless operation, disregard for public safety, failure to obey traffic control devices and a seat belt violation.
Morris had been facing a felony failure to comply charge, but it was dismissed so he could plead guilty to the misdemeanor charge of the same name. Morris walked or ran in Hope Cemetery, Salem, without any clothes on in front of children and an adult, fled from police in a vehicle on U.S. Route 62 and state Route 45 and his vehicle struck a new parked vehicle at Salem Chrysler Jeep Dodge.
Richard Willis, 26, Benton Road, Salem, was sentenced to 20 days in the county jail, was fined $675 and had his driver's license suspended for six months for OVI first offense, left of center and tail lights.
Ryan Carbon, 18, New Buffalo Road, Columbiana was fined $100 for disorderly conduct, amended from underage consumption.
A charge of domestic violence against Tommy Hart, 22, West Fourth Street, Salem, was dismissed.
Lance Steffel, 54, East State Street, Salem, pleaded not guilty to violating a temporary protection order; pretrial Nov. 12.
Jordan Anthony, 18, North Benton, was sentenced to three days in the county jail and was fined $100 for disorderly conduct, amended from underage consumption.
Theren Pearson, 20, East Washington Street, was fined $100 for disorderly conduct, amended from underage consumption.
Billie Cain, 36, Cunningham Road, Salem, was assessed costs only for disorderly conduct, amended from domestic violence.
Wade Cain, 38, Cunningham Road, Salem, was assessed costs only for disorderly conduct, amended from domestic violence.
Ladonna Zocolo, 44, East Park Avenue, Columbiana, pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct; court trial Nov. 12.
Sheila Woods, 30, Prospect Street, Salem, pleaded not guilty to theft; pretrial Jan. 4. Woods is accused of attempting to take $378 in merchandise from the Salem Walmart without paying.
Michael Blaha, 49, McKees Rock, Pa., pleaded not guilty to theft; pretrial Dec. 22. Blaha is accused of winning an auction for a bicycle and ladder at the Rogers Community Auction and taking the items without paying.
April Barfield, 18, Monroe Street, Salem, pleaded not guilty to theft; pretrial Nov. 19. Barfield is accused of attempting to take $89 worth of merchandise from the Salem Walmart without paying.
Joshua Golding, 30, pleaded not guilty to criminal damaging; pretrial Dec. 17. Golding is accused of kicking the doors and hood of a 2010 Ford Focus.
George Wilkins, 36. Youngstown, was fined $130 for falsification, no driver's license and lane violations.
Nikola Gligorevic, 58, Phoenix, Ariz., was fined $50 for unsafe vehicle, amended from a stop sign violation.
Matthew Huberty, 33, Boardman, was fined $30 for unsafe vehicle, amended from following too closely.
Bryan Schriner, 45, East End Road, Salineville, was fined $30 for assured clear distance ahead.
William Beagle, 19, Plymouth Place, Salem, pleaded not guilty to stopped school bus; pretrial Dec. 15.
Kevin Prus Jr., 26, Canfield, pleaded not guilty to speeding; pretrial Nov. 5.
