Clarissa Powers, 27, Zinia Lane, Chester - failed to appear, cash/surety or 10 percent bond set at $10,000 for petty theft and possession of criminal tools.

Donald Allgood, 21, College Street, East Liverpool - trial set for 2:30 p.m. Nov. 24 for intoxication.

Michael Hamlett, 32, Volney Road, Youngstown - failed to appear, bond set at $117 for speeding.

Randy K. Beckwith, 19, Avondale Street, East Liverpool - failed to appear, bond set at $91 for no plates; failed to appear, bond set at $73 for seat belt violation.

Casandra A. Corey, 29, Thomas Drive, Wellsville - failed to appear, bond set at $71 for expired plates; failed to appear, bond set at $73 for tail lights required.
