COLUMBIANA COUNTY MUNICIPAL FOR 11-6

In county Municipal Court on Tuesday, a Salem man was bound over to grand jury on a charge of burglary.

Geoffrey Cody, 24, Hartley Road, is accused of stealing more than $15,000 worth of jewelry from a Woodsdale Road, Hanoverton, home.

Edward Hough, 45, Churchill Road, was sentenced to 11 days in the county jail for domestic violence and resisting arrest. Hough punched his wife in the nose, pulled her hair and ran from a sheriff's deputy.

Michael Wade, 38, North Lincoln Avenue, Salem, pleaded not guilty to OVI second offense, driving under suspension, traffic control devices and speeding.

Scott Bartels II, 25, Alliance, was sentenced to three days in the county jail, was fined $685 and had his driver's license suspended for six months for OVI first offense, driving under suspension, left of center and failure to control. A second charge of driving under suspension against Bartels was dismissed.

David Kuhns, 51, Woodale Road, was sentenced to three days of traffic school, was fined $750 and had his driver's license suspended for six months for OVI first offense and lane violations.

Holly Muransky, 36, Park Drive, East Palestine, pleaded not guilty to OVI first offense and lane violations; pretrial Dec. 22.

A charge of driving under suspension against Benjamin Roth, 22, Alliance, was dismissed due to evidence problems.

A charge of driving under suspension against Megan Smith, 24, Hammond School Road, Wellsville, was dismissed.

Amy Moore, 29, West Washington Street, was fined $250 for failure to reinstate license.

Brittney Ritchie, 18, Benton Road, Salem, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct, amended from assault.

Leona Reed, 43, Sunset Drive, Wellsville, was fined $100 and had her driver's license suspended for six months for wrongful entrustment.

Ashley Varner, 21, East Friend Street, Columbiana, was fined $50 for using tinted glass.

Amanda Sanor, 30, Old Coach Lane, Salem, pleaded not guilty to a stop sign violation; court trial Dec. 17.

Karen Taggart, 47, Lakeview Circle, East Liverpool, was fined $25 for unsafe vehicle, amended from a stop sign violation.
