East Liverpool Municipal Court for 11-4

The following cases were disposed of by the East Liverpool Municipal Court:

Marcy M. Tindell, 33, Virginia Avenue, Midland - sentenced to 30 days in jail with 28 days suspended and two days active to begin 6 p.m. Nov. 10, fined $150 and costs, placed on two years unsupervised probation for attempted theft.

Thomas A. Cigolle Jr., 48, Purinton Avenue, East Liverpool - fined $150 and costs for no operator's license.

Joseph D. Mason, 25, Kent Street, East Liverpool - failed to appear, cash/surety or 10 percent bond set at $5,000 for criminal trespass.

Joshua Andrews, 19, North Avenue, East Palestine - failed to appear for criminal trespass.

Joseph P. Wood, 26, West Lincoln Way, Lisbon - case dismissed upon payment of court costs and restitution for passing bad checks.

Gale E. Allen, 39, Fife Coal Road, Wellsville - sentenced to 30 days in jail with 27 days suspended and credit for three days driver's intervention program, fined $475 and costs, placed on two years supervised probation for OVI; fined $30 and costs for left of center.
