In county Municipal Court on Friday, Russell Ryder, 34, Canton, pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct while intoxicated and disorderly conduct. He was fined $150.

Steven Youngblood, 24, 601 McKinnon, East Liverpool, pleaded no contest to assault, criminal damaging and resisting arrest. He was sentenced to 80 days jail. The assault charge stemmed from hitting a man in the face several times while at the county jail. The other charges stem from an incident with Wellsville police who tried to serve him with a warrant.

David Huminski, 50, Pittsburgh, pleaded no contest to OVI first offense and speeding. He was fined $450, had his license suspended for 180 days and was sentenced to 3 days jail time.

Nathaniel Hodge, 31, Galloway, pleaded no contest to driving under FRA suspension, marked lanes and two counts of stop sign violations. He was fined $250.

Jill Aulizio Johns, 57, Struthers, was fined $100 after pleading no contest to disorderly conduct amended from obstructing official business.

Sean Arnold, 18, Weirton, W.Va., pleaded no contest to driving without a valid license and speeding. He was fined $200 and was ordered to perform 50 hours community service.

A Nov. 9 court trial was set for Richard Miller, 35, 5210 Meadow Road, Kensington, who pleaded not guilty to speeding.

A Nov. 30 pretrial was set for Ryan Garretson, 18, last known address, 252 W. High St., Lisbon, charged with an assault that reportedly happened on a Beaver Local School bus in the parking lot of the high school.

A Dec. 3 pretrial was set for Jeremie Landfried, 25, 44333 Y and O Road, Wellsville, charged with driving under suspension and traffic control devices.

A Dec. 17 pretrial was set for Cheryl Gonzalez, 48, 308 W. Chestnut St., charged with theft after her companion carried items being purchased from the East Palestine Circle K to the vehicle prior to Gonzalez' check being declined by the clerk. Instead of returning the items, Gonzalez reportedly drove away.

A Dec. 21 pretrial was set for Joseph Robinson, 16477 Cannons Mill Road, East Liverpool, charged with criminal damaging.
