David W. Vincent, 40, Monaca Street, East Liverpool - fined $25 and costs for speeding.

Britney N. Baumagarner, 22, Oakland Avenue, East Liverpool - fined $25 and costs for speeding.

Jonathan M. Alloway, 20, Lisbon Street, East Liverpool - fined $25 and costs for speeding.

Jamie A. Kropka, 22, Cathy Drive, Wintersville - failed to appear, bond set at $117 for speeding.

Dorothy A. Vance, state Route 168, Georgetown - failed to appear, bond set at $117 for speeding.

Russell L. Grace, 37, Forsyth Place, East Liverpool - failed to appear, bond set at $137 for speeding.
