East Liverpool Municipal Court for 10-30

In Municipal Court Thursday, Timothy V. Martin, 43, Vine Street, was fined $475, sentenced to 180 days, 90 suspended, and placed on probation three years for a sixth OVI offense. For failure to control, he was fined $65.

Charles P. Holcomb, 31, Pennsylvania Avenue Extension, was bound over to Common Pleas Court on a charge of receiving stolen property, with $25,000 recognizance bond set. He was sentenced to 90 jail days for driving under suspension, 30 days for menacing, and a charge of obstructing official business was dismissed.

Roslyn M. Galloway, 24, Chester, W.Va., was fined $100, sentenced to 30 days, 27 suspended, and placed on probation two years for complicity of theft.

For a third driving under suspension charge, Amanda Falkner, 20, College Street, was sentenced to 75 jail days. Another 75 suspended jail days were reimposed during a probation violation hearing.

Joseph R. Adams, 32, Ogden Street, was sentenced to 30 days for domestic violence, with 270 suspended jail days reimposed for probation violations.

Heather A. Wells, 28, Chester, W.Va., was fined $100, sentenced to 30 days, 27 suspended, and placed on probation two years for theft.

A menacing charge was dismissed against Michael G. Williams, 38, Alton Street.

A bench warrant was ordered for Marcie S. Conley, 28, Wilbert Avenue, who failed to appear on charges of endangering children and passing bad checks. According to court records, the Woodland Hills manager reported in July that Conley was using a belt or rope to tie her children in their bedroom.

Officers went to the apartment and reported finding no one home but filthy conditions with rancid meat in the sink and cockroaches around, with a belt/rope tied to a doorknob.

Scotty W. Haney, 22, Boyd Street, was fined $150 for driving under suspension.

Marshall L. Richards, 39, Wilbert Avenue, was fined $150, sentenced to 30 days, 28 suspended and placed on probation two years for resisting arrest. She was fined $100 for disorderly conduct.
