Jessica Libert, 16, West Washington Street, Lisbon, was cited for right of way on public highway at 8:25 p.m. Friday on U.S. Route 30 in Center Township after she pulled left out of a driveway and into the path of a westbound vehicle driven by Ed Hartshorn, 64, Augusta Road, East Rochester, who swerved his vehicle to the right to avoid a collision and his vehicle went off the right edge of the roadway and struck a ditch and trees.

Fred Moore, 31, North Avenue, Lisbon, was cited for reasonable control at 10:18 p.m. Sunday on Roller Coaster Road in Elkrun Township after his southbound vehicle went off the left edge of the roadway, struck a pole and overturned. Moore stated he swerved to the left to avoid a deer.

Mark Miller, 19, Paris, was cited for reasonable control at 6:02 p.m. Friday on state Route 164 in Wayne Township after his northbound vehicle went of the left edge of the roadway and struck a guardrail and a utility pole.

Sarah Whiteaker, 17, Mountz Road, Salem, was cited for reasonable control at 11:35 a.m. Friday on state Route 9 in Hanover Township after her southbound vehicle went off the right edge of the roadway, went through a ditch and struck an embankment.

Curtis Taggart II, 43, West Washington Street, Lisbon, was driving north at 7:30 p.m. Sunday on state Route 45 in Center Township when his vehicle struck a deer.

Brigette Osborn, 44, West Main Street, New Waterford, was driving east at 7 p.m. Saturday on Crestview Road in Fairfield Township when her vehicle struck a deer.
