The Review

In county Municipal Court on Tuesday, a Fairview Court, Salem, man pleaded not guilty to OVI second offense and speeding.

A pretrial was scheduled for Dec. 17 for Adam Fast, 23, on the charges.

Jerry Greaver, 37, state Route 164, Leetonia, was sentenced to three days of traffic school and was fined $705 for OVI first offense, license plate light and a seat belt violation.

Terrence May Jr., 32, Chestnut Street, Leetonia, pleaded not guilty to OVI first offense, obstructing justice and failure to control; pretrial Dec. 8.

Brian Spahlinger, 31, Hammondsville, pleaded not guilty to OVI first offense and lane violations; pretrial Dec. 1.

Scott Wallen, 50, Mill Street, Salineville, pleaded not guilty to domestic violence. Bond was set at $5,000; pretrial Nov. 3.

Amber Brown, 18, Eagleton Road, Lisbon, was fined $100 for theft. Brown stole a bra from the Salem Wal-Mart.

Michelle Davison, 32, Green Street, pleaded not guilty to four counts of passing bad checks; pretrial Nov. 24.

Jeremy Townsend, 26, Hatcher Road, New Waterford, was fined $50 for passing bad checks.

Craig Mitchell, 38, Youngstown, was fined $275 for driving under suspension and speeding.

Jason Barnes, 35, Center Street, Wellsville, was fined $250 for driving under suspension.

Christine Everett, 31, Lousiville, pleaded not guilty to driving under suspension and a seat belt violation, pretrial Dec. 17.

Eli Ratkovich, 50, State Line Road, Negley, pleaded not guilty to driving under suspension; pretrial Nov. 16.

Linda Childrey, 46, Mantua, was fined $250 for failure to reinstate license.

Brandon Bradshaw, 21, Brimfield, was fined $150 for no operator's license, amended from driving under suspension.

Bernadette Lewchenko, 49, Ellwood City, Pa., was fined $100 for no operator's license, amended from driving under suspension.

George Burkey, 40, East Third Street, Salem, was fined $100 for disorderly conduct while voluntarily intoxicated.

Gerald Angel III, 50, Beaver Lake Road, New Waterford, pleaded not guilty to failure to yield; pretrial Dec. 17.

Robert Bucci, 36, Enon Valley, Pa., was fined $30 for lighted lights required, amended from failure to control.

On Friday in the court, Michael Kapp, 20, Lincoln Avenue, Wellsville, pleaded not guilty to domestic violence; pretrial Dec. 11. Kapp is accused of pushing his mother to the ground after he accused her of stealing $20.
