TORONTO - Jeffrey B. Scott, age 58, of Toronto, passed away suddenly Saturday, Oct. 24, 2009, at the Trinity Medical Center West, emergency room, Steubenville.

Visitation is from 4-6 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 29, at the Clarke Funeral Home, Toronto.

A celebration service of Jeffrey's life will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home with the Rev. Kevin Rinkes officiating.
