Columbiana County Municipal for 10-25

In County Municipal Court on Friday, James Tinker, 49, Youngstown, pleaded no contest to OVI and speeding. He was sentenced to three days jail, fined $430 and had his license suspended for six months.

Joanne Hull, 46, Boardman, pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct and was fined $150.

Jennifer Hull, 29, Boardman, pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct and was fined $150.

Elaine Austin, 1067 Hillcrest Road, Wellsville, was fined $180 after pleading no contest to failure to reinstate a license and speeding.

Michelle Hughes, 29204 Campbell Road, Hanoverton, was fined $140 for one count of failure to confine a dog and three counts of failure to register dogs.

Mary Gall, Canton, was fined $45 for speeding.

An Oct. 29 pretrial Bradley Carpenter, 339 S. Union St., Salem, charged with theft after two 30 packs of Busch were taken from Circle K, East State Street.

A Nov. 2 pretrial was set for Jessica Custer, 28, 11501 Steubenville Pike, Lisbon, charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and criminal damaging.

A Nov. 3 court trial was set for Karen Taggart, 47, 48660 Lakeview Circle, East Liverpool, after she pleaded not guilty to failure to stop for a stop sign.

A Nov. 9 pretrial was set for Jill Brothers, 46, 47013 Tomahawk Drive, Negley, charged with criminal trespassing.

A Nov. 16 pretrial was set for Darrin James, 44, 6641 S. Raccoon Road, Canfield, charged with OVI first offense, OVI refusal with prior within 20 years, driving under a 12 point suspension and failure to control.

A Dec. 1 pretrial was set for Philip Harper, 43, Beaver Falls, Pa., charged with OVI first offense and lane violations.

A Dec. 8 pretrial was set for Kenneth Wukotich, 37, 477 E. Martin St., charged with OVI first offense, hit skip and failure to control.

Nicholas Potts, 23, Randal Road, Hanoverton, was fined $150 for driving without a valid license, amended from driving under suspension, and broken windshield.

Scott Randolph, 42, Hawley Avenue, Salem, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid license and speeding; pretrial Dec. 8.

Rebecca Rudibaugh, 25, North Lincoln Avenue, Salem, pleaded not guilty to failure to reinstate license; pretrial Nov. 2.

Matthew Huberty, 33, Youngstown, pleaded not guilty to following too closely; pretrial Nov. 15.

Fred Casinelli, 74, Toronto, was fined $150 for speeding.

Ronald Barr, 57, Beaver Falls, Pa., was fined $35 for speeding.

Ronald Yarwood, 40, Beloit, was fined $150 for unsafe vehicle, amended from speeding.

Tod Chamberlin, 41, Rootstown, was fined $150 for unsafe vehicle, amended from traffic control devices.

Priscilla McCullough, 21, West Fifth Street, Salem, was fined $50 for disorderly conduct, amended from assault.

Miranda Culver, McCann Road, Kensington, pleaded not guilty to failure to register dogs; pretrial Nov. 16.
