John Anderson of Holberts Run Road in New Cumberland - speeding, fined $15 plus $184.50 in court costs.

Victor DiNino, no address given - violation of a protective order, sentenced to 90 days in jail with credit for 11 days served, fined $500 plus $159.50 in court costs; also charged with obstructing an officer, case dismissed.

Barbara Klutts of Allegheny Street in Follansbee, W.Va. - shoplifting, second offense, case dismissed.

Kristi L. Stroud of Tucker Lane in Burgettstown, Pa. - possession of a controlled substance, sentenced to six months probation and fined $250 plus $159.50 in court costs; no violations and all fees paid in full, case dismissed.

Calvin Michael of Harshaville Road in Clinton, Pa. - possession of a controlled substance, case dismissed.

Ted Rafacz of Bennett Drive in Weirton - DUI, case dismissed.

Dennis Tate, Jr., of Grant Street in Newell - DUI second offense, pleaded guilty to DUI first offense, sentenced to five days in jail suspended for 60 days probation, fined $200 plus $319.50 in court costs.

Evelio Caraballo III of West 41st Street in Cleveland, Ohio - possession of a controlled substance, case dismissed.

Ilya Skvortsov of Burgettstown, Pa. - DUI, placed on six months probation and fined $350 plus court costs.

William Patterson III of Aliquippa, Pa. - DUI reduced to reckless driving, fined $500 plus court costs.

Lisa Ann Wayt of Weirton - DUI, placed on six months probation and fined $350 plus court costs.

William Coen of Chester - trespassing, fined $100 plus court costs.

Matthew Zahn of Weirton - violation of a protective order, fined $300 plus court costs.

Basil Ritchie of New Cumberland - speeding, fined $10 plus court costs.

Dennis Beagle of Weirton - DUI, fined $100 plus court costs.

Christopher Craig of Weirton - DUI, fined $300 plus court costs.

Joseph Strapazzon of New Cumberland - grand larceny, fraudulent schemes, and two counts of petit larceny, all bound over to circuit court.
