Columbiana County Municipal for 10-21

In county Municipal Court on Monday, a Wellsville man was sentenced to 10 days of electronically monitored house arrest on a charge of possession of drugs.

Nicolas Carosiello, 28, Township Line Road, had 129 grams of marijuana in the center console of a vehicle he was driving. He was fined $150 and had his driver's license suspended for six months on the charge. Charges of drug paraphernalia and possession of a drug abuse instrument against Carosiello were dismissed.

In a separate case, Carosiello fined fined $50 for speeding.

Matt Dillon, 37, North Market Street, pleaded not guilty to failure to reinstate license and traffic control devices; pretrial Dec. 15.

Adam Landsberger, 24, Thomas Road, was fined $150 for unsafe vehicle, amended from speeding.

Sidney Trevena, 67, Hisey Road, New Waterford, was fined $50 for disorderly conduct.

In county Municipal Court on Tuesday, a Beloit woman was sentenced to 10 days in the county jail for OVI second offense and lane violations.

Lisa Haupt, 41, was fined $750 and had her driver's license suspended for one year on the charges.

James Styen, 50, East Taggart Street, East Palestine, pleaded not guilty to OVI second offense and loud exhaust; pretrial Dec. 17.

Thomas Ehlenbach, 51, Adams Avenue, Salem, was sentenced to three days of traffic school, was fined $750 and had his driver's license suspended for six months for OVI first offense and a turn signal violation.

Sean Yoho, 23, Canton, was sentenced to three days of traffic school, was fined $730 and had his driver's license suspended for six months for OVI first offense and a tail lights violation.

Douglas Linhart, 43, Louisville, was sentenced to three days of traffic school, was fined $700 and had his driver's license suspended for six months for OVI first offense and a stop sign violation.

Jeffrey Walter, 22, Steubenville Pike, pleaded not guilty to OVI first offense, driving under suspension and left of center; pretrial Dec. 10.

Michael Temple, 27, Dover, Del., was sentenced to 90 days in the county jail and was fined $280 for failure to reinstate license and a stop sign violation; review hearing Jan. 12.

Ashley Bable, 23, North Front Street, Negley, pleaded not guilty to theft; pretrial Dec. 1. Bable is accused of stealing a cell phone belonging to another woman.

Lisa Wright, 27, Hatcher Road, New Waterford, pleaded not guilty to passing bad checks; pretrial Nov. 2.

Timothy Holloway, 26, Union Street, Columbiana, was fined $250 for no driver's license.

Patrick Brown, 50, East Cleveland, was fined $150 for driving without a valid license and speeding.

Jessica Brooks, 29, Oak Street, Leetonia, was fined $150 for failure to reinstate license.

Christopher Tennant, 21, Wood Street, Salineville, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct.

Leslie Huggins, 45, state Route 170, East Liverpool, was fined $150 for unsafe vehicle, amended from traffic control devices.

Miguel Santiago, 21, Alliance, pleaded not guilty to driving under suspension and two lights displayed; pretrial Dec. 6.

Alverta Mullen, 20, Alliance, was fined $100 for driving under suspension.

David DiRusso, 55, Canfield, was fined $100 for speeding.

Lyle Taylor, 45, Youngstown, was fined $50 for failure to control.

Ruth McCullough, 27, North Broadway, Salem, was fined $30 for failure to yield.
