CHESTER - Chester High School Class of 1951 will meet for breakfast at 9 a.m. Wednesday at Connie's Corner Restaurant in Chester.

NEWELL - The Newell American Legion Post 114 will hold its monthly meeting at 7 p.m. on Wednesday.

WELLSVILLE - Wellsville SOI will have their monthly fish dinner from 4-7 p.m. Wednesday. The cost is $9 for the fish and shrimp dinner, fish dinner $8 and fish sandwich $5. Children under 6 are $4. Dinner includes fries, or macaroni cheese, coleslaw and choice of beverage.

EAST LIVERPOOL - The East Liverpool Cancer Support Group Cancer Extravaganza is set for Thursday. Doors open at 5 p.m. and dinner is at 6 p.m. There is a $20 donation to attend the event. Craig Brown, County Recorder will be emceeing the event. Tri State Cancer Center will be sponsoring the event. 10 Prizes of Fiesta Ware will be given away and each prize is in access of over $100 in value. EAST LIVERPOOL - The HMG Playgroup will meet from 10:30 a.m. to noon at the Calcutta YMCA.

NEWELL - The Newell American Legion Squadron 114 Sons of the American Legion will hold its monthly meeting at 7 p.m. on Thursday.

EAST LIVERPOOL - There will be a produce give away at 2 p.m. on Thursday at the Community Resource Center, 940 Pennsylvania Ave. Please bring your own bags. There will be tomatoes, peppers, potatoes, collard greens, turnip greens, turnip bottoms, cabbage squash, onions, romaine lettuce, and apples.

NEWELL - The Newell United Methodist Church will be having their second spaghetti dinner of the season from 4-7 p.m. Thursday in their fellowship hall. Enter at the side of the church building.

The dinner consists of spaghetti with or without homemade meatballs, tossed salad, homemade salad dressing along with other dressings, dessert, Italian bread, creamery butter, and assortment of drinks. Price is $6.50 for adults. Children under twelve eat for 1/2 price.

WELLSVILLE - The Wellsville All Alumni All Stars will be having a meeting at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at the Wellsville Alumni Center. This will be in preparation for their show in November. HANOVERTON - Guilford Lake Ruritan will be having a fish fry from 4-7 p.m. Friday at the Ruritan Hall. The menu includes white fish, potato, coleslaw, green beans, bread and ice cream. The cost is $9 for adults.

NEWELL - The Oak Glen High School Class of 1988 is gathering at 7:30 p.m. on Friday at the Oak Glen Homecoming Game in Newell to cheer on their alma mater. After the game (10-10:30 p.m.) join them at the White Stallion on Route 30 for drinks and fun with friends.
