Robert Chek of Main Street in Weirton - breaking and entering of an auto, sentenced to 90 days in jail, fined $100 plus $159.50 in court costs; also charged with underage consumption, case dismissed.

Megan Beadling of Pennsylvania Avenue in Weirton - DUI, sentenced to 30 days in jail suspended for six months unsupervised probation, fined $250 plus $264.50 in court costs and $60 probation fee; also charged with driving while license suspended for DUI, fined $100 plus $159.50 in court costs; also charged with registration violation, fined $50 plus $159.50 in court costs.

Jerome Mettenberger of state Route 39 in Wellsville - DUI, sentenced to 10 days in jail converted to 80 hours community service, fined $250 plus $264.50 in court costs.

Patrick O'Neil of Taylor Street in Newell - public intoxication, fined $25 plus $184.50 in court costs.

Kristopher Koons of West Vine Street in Alliance, Ohio - disorderly conduct, fined $25 plus $185.50 in court costs; also charged with public intoxication, fined $25 plus $159.50 in court costs.

Samantha Hoover of Estate Drive in Oakdale, Pa. - leaving the scene, fined $50 plus $197.50 in court costs.

Scott W. Copestick of Grant Street in Newell - DUI reduced to reckless driving, fined $500 plus $184.50 in court costs.

Mary H. Engsminger of Greenbrier Road in Weirton - DUI reduced to reckless driving, fined $500 plus $159.50 in court costs.

Miles Johnson of Boyd Street in East Liverpool - possession of a controlled substance, placed on six months probation and assessed $159.53 in court costs; no violations of probation and all fees paid in full, case dismissed.

Matthew Zaladziejewski of Montgomery Avenue in Weirton - possession of a controlled substance, placed on six months probation and assessed $184.53 in court costs plus $120 probation fee; no violations of probation and all fees paid in full, case dismissed.

Lamont Sherrell of Palomino Drive in Weirton - domestic battery, case dismissed.

Lawrence Miller of Peace Point Road in Bethany, W.Va. - telephone harassment, case dismissed.

Kory McKenney of Neville Street in Follansbee, W.Va. - domestic battery, case dismissed.

Jean Marzullo of Lindberg Way in Weirton - DUI, case dismissed.

Tina Ruffalo of New York Boulevard in Weirton - domestic battery, case dismissed.

Bethany Barnhart of Lavenview Drive in New Cumberland - battery, case dismissed.
