Christopher McIntosh, 37, North Surry Road, East Liverpool, was driving east at 8:46 p.m. Tuesday on U.S. Route 30 in St. Clair Township when he pulled into the left lane for a Highway Patrol cruiser stopped with its overhead lights activated on the right berm, swerved to avoid a deer standing in the left lane and his vehicle slid off the left edge of the roadway and struck a concrete barrier.

Denise Santschi, 55, Alliance, was driving west at 2:20 p.m. Sunday on Buck Road in Knox Township when her vehicle and an eastbound vehicle driven by Mark Schreckengost, 50, Alliance, collided. Each driver said the other had gone left of center. Schreckengost received non-life-threatening injuries.

Kimberly Kleinhenz, 48, Dellroy, was cited for reasonable control at 10:10 a.m. Monday on U.S. Route 30 in Center Township after her westbound vehicle went off the right edge of the roadway and struck a guardrail.
