Reva McCullough, 18, of Sunset Drive in East Liverpool - underage consumption, fined $50 plus $72 in court costs.
Eugene Mahofski, 47, of Lincoln Highway in Chester - driving while license suspended, fined $240 plus $72 in court costs; also charged with speeding, fined $100 plus $72 in court costs; also charged with no motorcycle endorsement, fined $50 plus $72 in court costs.
Michael Moreau, no age given, of Maxwell Avenue in Chester - illegal cable service, fined $250 plus $72 in court costs.
Kaci Nichols, 18, of Northgate Manor Road in New Cumberland - destruction of property, reset for 4 p.m. on Oct. 19.
Elzie Randolph, 42, of Pyramus Road in Chester - illegal burning, obstructing, and resisting an officer, all reset for 4 p.m. on Oct. 19.
Samuel Scott Rudner, 57, of Arrowhead Drive in Beaver Falls, Pa. - speeding, case dismissed.
Alexander B. Griffith, 31, of Pilgrim Drive in Sewickley, Pa. - speeding reduced to failure to obey a traffic control device, fined $50 plus $72 in court costs.
