East Liverpool Municipal Court for 9-27

The following cases were disposed of by the East Liverpool Municipal Court:

Charles R. Bogart, 34, Hazel Run Road, Hammondsville - failed to appear, cash/surety or 10 percent bond set at $5,000 for driving under suspension.

Timothy A. Jividen, 19, Sherwood Avenue, East Liverpool - fined $30 and costs for speeding.

Michelle L. Coratto, 23, Pleasentview Drive, Industry - fined $55 and costs for speeding.

Robin J. Jackson, 31, West Fifth Street, East Liverpool - fined $100 and costs for failure to obtain liability insurance.

Michelle A. Dickson, 27, Princeton Avenue, East Liverpool - sentenced to 30 days in jail with 27 days suspended and three days active to begin 6 p.m. Oct. 15, fined $150 and costs, placed on two years unsupervised probation for theft.

Timothy A. Maple, 37, Harvey Avenue, East Liverpool - sentenced to 180 days in jail with 90 days suspended and 90 days active to begin 9 a.m. Oct. 26, fined $200 and costs, placed on two years unsupervised probation for driving under suspension; sentenced to 180 days in jail with 90 days suspended and 90 days active to run concurrent with previous case, fined $200 and costs for driving under suspension; fined $30 and costs for speeding.

Ronald E. Davie, 27, Chippewa Trail, Negley - waived preliminary hearing, bond continued, bound over to Columbiana County Court of Common Pleas for domestic violence.

Scott A. Jurec, 38, Thornhope Road, Cleveland - fined $150 and costs for no operator's license; case of plate light violation was dismissed.

Richard P. Austin, 20, St. George Street, East Liverpool - sentenced to 30 days in jail with 27 days suspended and three days active to begin 6 p.m. Oct. 15, fined $150 and costs, placed on two years unsupervised probation for falsification.

Timothy L. McFall, 45, Sixth Avenue, LaCroft - sentenced to 90 days in jail with 83 days suspended and seven days active to begin 6 p.m. Oct. 16, fined $200 and costs, placed on two years unsupervised probation for theft.
