Michael T. Brum, 21, Monroe Boulevard, Plainsville, Ohio - failed to appear, bond set at $112 for speeding.

Joshua A. Luke, 18, Jefferson Street, Newell - sentenced to 60 days in jail with 57 days suspended and three days active to begin 6 p.m. Sept. 30,

Jo Ellen Jackson, 60, West Sixth Street, East Liverpool - own recognizance bond set at $2,500, pretrial hearing set for 1:30 p.m. Oct. 29 for housing code violation and littering.

Ryan F. Howell, 20, P.O. Box, Irondale - fined $25 and costs for speeding.

John A. Zarycki, 20, Lorain Road, North Olmsted, Ohio - fined $100 and costs for speeding.

Christopher S. Flak, 43, North Yorkshire Boulevard, Youngstown - own recognizance bond set at $2,500, second arraignment set for 9:45 a.m. Oct. 2 for passing bad checks.
