East Liverpool Municipal Court for 9-23

In Municipal Court Tuesday, Heidi D. Roe, 34, McCoy Avenue, was fined $100, sentenced to 30 days, 27 suspended, and placed on probation two years for theft.

Christopher A. Seely, 28, Lisbon Street, was fined $150, sentenced to 60 days, 45 suspended, and placed on probation two years for driving under suspension. He was given credit for 15 days house arrest. An improper backing charge was dismissed.

Eric B. Harriel, 24, Midland, Pa., was found guilty of driving under suspension, with sentencing scheduled Oct. 27.

Zachary T. White, 32, Richardson Avenue, was fined $100 for driving under suspension.

Michael W. Mason, 51, Sprucevale Road, was fined $100, sentenced to 30 days, 20 suspended, and placed on probation two years for disorderly conduct.

April L. Galloway, 26, Echo Dell Road, was fined $100 and had her license suspended 180 days for possession of marijuana.

Fined $30 for failure to register dogs were Dewayne Humphrey, Minerva Street, and Shelia Moman, St. George Street, while Barbara Homan, Cadmus Street, had a trial set Sept. 30 on charges of failing to register and failing to confine a dog.

A charge of passing bad checks was dismissed against Cassey M. Chamberlain, 32, state Route 45, Lisbon.

Jacob E. Windon, 19, Calcutta-Smith Ferry Road, was fined $75 for reckless operation and $30 for no seat belt.

David E. Temple, 47, Ohio Avenue, was fined $25 for speeding.

Pretrials were scheduled for Heather A. Wells, 28, Chester, W.Va., Oct. 29, charged with theft; Roslyn M. Galloway, 24, Chester, Oct. 29, complicity; Scott A. Gough, 18, address unknown, Oct. 9, criminal trespass, theft and falsification; and Amber N. Reynolds, 29, LaCroft, Oct. 9, driving under suspension, illegal plates, loud exhaust.
