Wayne Schofield, 18, Mineral Ridge, was cited for operating a motor vehicle without a valid license and fictitious registration at 8:40 p.m. Sept. 8 on state Route 45 in Madison Township after his northbound vehicle went off the right edge of the roadway and overturned.

Derick Calvin, 19, Canfield, was cited for a right of way violation at 4:15 p.m. Friday on state Route 7 in Fairfield Township after he failed to yield right of way to a northbound vehicle driven by Marsha Malinski, 51, College Street, Rogers, who was turning left into DP Fuel and his southbound vehicle struck her vehicle and pushed it into a parked Buick Park Avenue.

Robert Whoolery, 45, state Route 172, Minerva, was driving south at 9:58 a.m. Sunday on Knox School Road in West Township after an unknown northbound vehicle struck the side of his vehicle, his vehicle struck a guardrail and the other vehicle left the scene.
