Raymond Wilson Jr., 45, 30068 Carey Road, Salem, was northbound on Valley Road in Butler Township at 9:15 a.m. Tuesday when a tire on the vehicle he was driving blew out, causing him to lose control, go off the right side of the road and strike a utility pole. No injuries were reported.

Kathrine Marcia Eadra Stinson, 18, 32060 Beech St., Hanoverton, was eastbound on state Route 172 when she started to make a left turn onto Furnace Road in Center Township. Another vehicle driven by Clyde Polen, 67, 4433 Depot Road, attempted to pass her on the left and the two vehicles collided at 1 p.m. Thursday. Polen was cited with driving on the left side of the roadway. A possible injury was reported to Katherin Coulter, 59, 32060 Beech St., Hanoverton, a passenger in the vehicle Stinson was driving, but she was not treated.

Robert Bucci, 294A Wampum Mount Air Road, Enon Valley, Pa., was cited with driving without reasonable control at 1:20 p.m. Thursday after he reportedly drove a semi-truck owned by Bessemer Supply Inc. of Bessemer, Pa., off the edge of curve on state Route 154 in Elkrun Township. No injuries were reported.
