NEW CUMBERLAND - Indictments were handed down from the Hancock County Grand Jury on Thursday, including the indictment of a man who was involved in a fatal accident that took place on Memorial Day on U.S Route 30.

n Glenn Robert Krugle III of Monaca, Pa., was indicted on one count of driving under the influence of alcohol, causing death; one count of driving under the influence of alcohol, causing bodily injury; and one count of DUI second offense.

The accident led to the death of Michael J. Tangora of Hookstown, Pa.

Anita Bentz, also of Monaca, was injured in the accident.
