The following arrests were made by the Hancock County Sheriff's Department:

Sept. 6

Charles L. Frey, Jr., 57, of Harrison Street in Newell - DUI.

Keith A. Bloom, 29, of Steel Boulevard in Weirton - DUI and driving while license suspended.

John P. Densmore, 53, of St. Clair Avenue in East Liverpool - DUI.

Douglas J. Replogle, 24, of Elmbank Street in Pittsburgh - DUI, possession of marijuana, and open container.

Curtis C. L. Gearhart, 25, of Annesly Road in East Liverpool - DUI.

John C. Ross, 26, of Culley Court in Weirton - DUI with injury.

Sept. 8

Brian C. Becheck, 37, of Mowry Road in Monaca, Pa. - public intoxication and possession of marijuana.

Sept. 9

Roger S. Fisher, 40, of Bayberry Court in New Cumberland - resisting arrest, telephone harassment, and falsifying an emergency, second offense.

Ronard S. Riggans, 54, of West State Street in New Castle, Pa. - DUI second offense and driving while license suspended for DUI.

Sept. 10

Lisa A. Wayt, 32, of Greenbrier Road in Weirton - DUI.

Nicole A. Manley, 29, of Bentley Avenue in Newell - child abuse creating risk of injury and two counts of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance.

Clarence L. Manley, 32, of Bentley Avenue in Newell - possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, five counts of delivery of a controlled substance, and conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance.

Christopher J. Graham, 33, of Church Alley in Chester - delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, and conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance.

David J. Still, Jr., 29, of Pyramus Street in Chester - delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, and conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance.

Mark O. Mays, 52, of Frankfort Road in New Cumberland - sexual abuse by a custodian.

Blake M. James, 25, of Sunrise Drive in Industry, Pa. - DUI.
