The following cases were disposed of by the East Liverpool Municipal Court:

Jonathan H. White, 25, Washington Street, Irondale - failed to appear, cash/surety or 10 percent bond set at $10,000 for petty theft.

Michael W. Mason, 51, Sprucevale Road, East Liverpool - own recognizance bond set at $10,000, pretrial hearing set for 8:30 a.m. Oct. 1 for OVI above .17 and failure to control.

Robert L. Littrell, 20, My Way Lane, New Waterford - cash/surety or 10 percent bond set at $5,000, pretrial hearing set for 10:30 a.m. Sept. 10 for driving under suspension and failure to control.

Victor D. Andrews, 30, Virginia Avenue, Chester - sentenced to 30 days in jail with 27 days suspended and three days credit for driver's intervention program, fined $425 and costs, placed on two years supervised probation for OVI above .08; fined $28 and costs for marked lanes violation; fined $30 and costs for seat belt violation.
