EAST LIVERPOOL - Kimberly A. Buzzard Humphreys, 49, of Northside Avenue, died Saturday, Aug. 15, 2009, at 12:24 a.m. at the Allegheny General Hospital after suddenly taking ill at home.
Born in East Liver-pool, Jan. 4, 1960, she is a daughter of Linda Fetty Monroe, and her husband Roy, of Morgantown, W.Va. and the late Alvin David Buzzard.
A resident of this area all her life, she was a member of the Salvation Army in East Liverpool.
In addition to her mother and stepfather, her husband, John M. Humphreys, survives her at home.
There are two daughters, Debra A. Reynolds of East Liverpool, and Star Lynn McGonigal of Griffithsville, W.Va., along with a son, Michael McGonigal of East Liverpool.
Two grandchildren survive, along with two step-grandchildren she was raising.
There are three sisters: Carol Whisner, Mary D. Gribble, and Cindy Farmer of Leetonia; and two brothers, Alvin C. Buzzard, and Donald R. Buzzard, both of Morgantown; and a stepfather who raised her, Melvin R. Grimes of Morgantown.
She was preceded in death by a daughter Hydee McGonigal.
Friends may call from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the Dawson Funeral Home where the family will be present.
Burial will take place at Columbiana County Memorial Park.
