In Municipal Court Tuesday, Judge Melissa Byers Emmerling presiding, Kimberly J. Hill, 31, East Washington Street, Lisbon, was fined $150, sentenced to 9 0days, 82 suspended, and placed on probation two years for a second offense driving under suspension. A broken windshield charge was dismissed.

George S. Feezle, 34, Garfield Street, East Palestine, was fined $200, sentenced to 180 days, 165 suspended, and placed on probation two years for domestic violence.

Don R. Montgomery, Chester Avenue, Wellsville, was fined $150 for theft.

Kevin Pridemore, 21, Harding Avenue, was fined $25 for speeding, with a bench trial set Sept. 2 on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Stephen Thomas, 22, 7th Avenue, was fined $50 for failure to confine a dog, with a second count dismissed.

Joshua R. Baker, 19, Pennsylvania Avenue, was fined $65 for assured clear distance.

A bench trial was set Aug. 26 for Louis Hebert, 24, Grove City, Pa., charged with OVI, driving under suspension and lanes of travel.

Second arraignments were scheduled for Wanda S. Gregory, 45, St. Clair Avenue, Sept. 1, charged with driving under suspension; and Ricky A. Wilson, 40, Walnut Street, Rogers, Aug. 4, sixth offense driving under suspension.

A pretrial was scheduled Aug. 6 for Paul R. Headley III, 25, unknown address, charged with criminal trespass.
