The following cases were disposed of by the East Liverpool Municipal Court:

Don C. Talbert Jr., 38, Sugar Street, East Liverpool - sentenced to 180 days in jail with 90 days suspended and 90 days active, fined $200 and costs, placed on three years intensive probation for domestic violence.

Rachel J. Snyder, 25, Green Lane, East Liverpool - sentenced to 30 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined $100 and costs, placed on two years supervised probation for disorderly conduct.

Richard Powell, 21, Melbourne Street, East Liverpool - sentenced to 30 days in jail with 25 days suspended and five days active to begin 9 a.m. Aug. 21, fined $200 and costs, placed on two years supervised probation for drug paraphernalia; fined $100 and costs for possession of marijuana.

Jeremy R. Mollenkopf, 23, South Beaver Street, Lisbon - sentenced to 30 days in jail with 27 days suspended and credit for three days served, fined $200 and costs, placed on three years intensive probation for domestic violence.

Joseph A. Kelly, 25, Williams Avenue, East Liverpool - sentenced to 30 days in jail with 27 days suspended and three days active to begin 6 p.m. Aug. 27, fined $150 and costs, placed on two years supervised probation for criminal trespass; fined $100 and costs for possession of marijuana; fined $75 and costs for open container in a motor vehicle.

Dawn M. Stull, 36, Michigan Avenue, East Liverpool - sentenced to 30 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined $100 and costs, placed on two years unsupervised probation for menacing.

Linda M. Slade, 18, Fourth Street, Midland - sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended and three days active to begin 9 a.m. Aug. 28, fined $200 and costs, placed on two years unsupervised probation for theft; case of possession of criminal tools dismissed.

Earla J. Hall, 55, Fair Street, East Liverpool - sentenced to 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended and credit for 10 days house arrest, fined $150 and costs, placed on two years unsupervised probation for driving under suspension; fined $100 and costs for failure to control.

Mark A. Mills, 28, St. Clair Avenue, East Liverpool - sentenced to 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended and 10 days active to begin 6 p.m. Aug. 28, fined $100 and costs, placed on two years unsupervised probation for falsification.

Kendal A. Roberts, 44, Rigby Street, East Liverpool - fined $100 and costs for obstructing business; fined $75 and costs for intoxication.

John Anderson, 38, Wyoming Avenue, East Liverpool - own recognizance bond set at $10,000 for assault.
