Rachel J. Snyder, 25, Green Lane, East Liverpool - cash/surety or 10 percent bond set at $2,500, pretrial hearing set for 10:30 a.m. July 23 for disorderly conduct.

Richard A. Sullivan, 22, Glasgow Road, Lisbon - case of driving under suspension dismissed.

Derrick Salsberry, 26, 12th Street, Wellsville - fined $50 and costs for open container.

Thomas J. Brookover, 43, Violet Drive, New Cumberland - fined $50 and costs for open container.

John M. Graham III, 43, state Route 45, Wellsville - fined $25 and costs for speeding; fined $30 and costs for seat belt violation.

Allan M. Moff, 19, West Fourth Street, East Liverpool - cash/surety or 10 percent bond set at $5,000, waived preliminary hearing, case bound over to Columbiana County Court of Common Pleas for breaking and entering.

Timothy A. Gault, 27, West Fourth Street, East Liverpool - cash/surety or 10 percent bond set at $5,000, waived preliminary hearing, case bound over to Columbiana County Court of Common Pleas for breaking and entering.

Douglas L. Slasor, 39, Irish Ridge Road, East Liverpool - own recognizance bond set at $2,500, pretrial hearing set for 8:30 a.m. Aug. 27 for driving under suspension, leaving the scene and failure to yield.

Philip K. Faulkner, 37, Y&O Road, Wellsville - sentenced to 30 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined $150 and costs, placed on one year unsupervised probation for no motorcycle endorsement.
