Shirley Minor, 72, Beloit, was cited for lanes of travel at 12:40 p.m. Tuesday on U.S. Route 62 in Knox Township after she drove her westbound vehicle left of center and Marissa Trimble, 22, Alliance, drove her eastbound vehicle off the right edge of the roadway and into a ditch to avoid Minor's vehicle.

David Seitz, 46, Atwater, was cited for reasonable control at 12:30 p.m. Monday on Columbiana-Waterford Road in Fairfield Township after his westbound commercial truck went off the right edge of the roadway, struck a ditch and a sign and overturned onto its right side.

Kenneth Lopez, 29, Huntington Beach, Calif., was cited for lanes of travel at 7:25 a.m. Monday on state Route 11 in Fairfield Township after he attempted to pass a vehicle driven by Jeanette Fleischman, 41, East Washington Street, Lisbon, on the left and his vehicle went over the center line and struck her vehicle.

Seth Dickey, 21, Alliance, was cited for assured clear distance ahead at 1:25 p.m. Sunday on U.S. Route 62 in Knox Township after he was unable to stop for an eastbound vehicle driven by Rich Carlton, 40, Beloit, who was turning right, and Dickey drove his vehicle off the right edge of the roadway and struck a guide wire and Carlton's vehicle.

Mary Prendergast, 60, Knox School Road, Minerva, was driving west at 9:08 p.m. Sunday on U.S. Route 30 in Knox Township when her vehicle went off the left edge of the roadway and struck a culvert and railroad ties. She was transported at Mercy Medical Center with nonlife-threatening injuries.

A driver of an unknown vehicle at 8:42 a.m. June 27 drove his westbound vehicle off the left edge of Glasgow Road in Madison Township. It struck a fence and he fled the scene in the vehicle.
