In Magistrate Court Wednesday, James Campbell, 41, 10th Street Extension, was fined $350, sentenced to 30 days in jail, with 27 suspended, and placed on probation one year for physical control. He was fined $100 for reckless operation and $30 for no seat belt.

Jenny Carson, 33, Commerce Street, was fined $75 for leaving the scene of an accident and $30 for reasonable control.

Fined $35 for speeding were Sharon Stowers, 43, Carmel Achor Road, Rogers; Mary Hawke, 51, Clarks Mill Road, Salineville; and Brad Snyder, 39, Tree Lane, East Liverpool.

A trial was scheduled July 9 for Trevor Heiney, 19, Broadway, charged with driving under suspension and failure to display.

Extensions were granted for payment of fines to Richard Graffius, 32, Sharp Street, Salem, Daniel Graffius, 24, Georgetown Road, Salem and Mary Burchett, 38, South Meadowbrook Circle, East Liverpool.
