Zachary J. White, 32, Archwood Avenue, Cleveland - held without bond, extradition hearing set for 10:30 a.m. July 23 on charges from Shelby County, Ohio; own recognizance bond set at $5,000, pretrial hearing set for 10:30 a.m. July 23 for driving under suspension.

Vala R. Jarrett, 33, Pennsylvania Avenue, East Liverpool - failed to appear, cash/surety or 10 percent bond set at $2,500 for driving under suspension and failure to control.

Eric L. Stauffes, 27, Warren Parkway, Twinsburgh, Ohio - sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended, fined $100 and costs for improper turn.

Wendy A. Allen, 35, Pennsylvania Avenue, East Liverpool - fined $65 and costs for improper backing.

Mitzi S. Stoddard, 19, Moore Street, East Liverpool - fined $65 and costs for assured clear distance; fined $28 and costs for unsafe vehicle.

Don R. Montgomery, 62, Chester Avenue, Wellsville - own recognizance bond set at $1,000, second arraignment set for 9:45 a.m. July 1 for theft.

Joseph A. Perry, 21, Lincoln Avenue, East Liverpool - own recognizance bond set at $2,500, pretrial hearing set for 10:15 a.m. July 7 for criminal trespass.

Chester H. Valentine Jr., 35, Canal Street, Kensington, Ohio - failed to appear, cash/surety or 10 percent bond set at $2,500 for driving under suspension and plate light violation.

Nasay B. Tenney, 19, Youngstown Road, New Middleton, Ohio - failed to appear, bond set at $112 for speeding.
