The following cases were disposed of by the East Liverpool Municipal Court:

Shane M. Riggs, 29, Monroeville Heights, Salineville - fined $150 and costs for stop sign violation.

Floyd W. Brooks, 46, Hunter Avenue, East Liverpool - waived extradition hearing to West Virginia based on a fugitive from justice charge.

Tina Mann, First Street, East Liverpool - fined $90 and costs for three counts of no dog registration.

Donald G. Allgood, 21, College Street, East Liverpool - own recognizance bond set at $1,000, pretrial hearing set for 10:15 a.m. July 21 for prohibitions.

Carol A. McClellan Wright, 43, Mill Street, Salineville - sentenced to 30 days in jail with 25 days suspended and five days active to begin 6 p.m. July 25, fined $150 and costs, placed on two years unsupervised probation for theft.

James C. Gilbert, 28, Hillcrest Road, Wellsville - sentenced to 30 days in jail with 25 days suspended and five days active to begin 9 a.m. July 20, fined $150 and costs, placed on two years unsupervised probation for disorderly conduct.

Christina L. Williams, 24, Louisiana Avenue, Chester - sentenced to 30 days in jail with 27 days suspended and three days active to begin 6 p.m. July 17, fined $150 and costs, placed on two years unsupervised probation for theft; case of possession of criminal tools was dismissed.

Cindy L. Cline, 50, Market Street, East Liverpool - probation revoked, suspended sentence of 120 days in jail imposed for criminal damaging; probation revoked, suspended sentence of 120 days in jail imposed to run concurrent with previous case for criminal trespass; probation revoked, suspended sentence of 120 days in jail imposed to run concurrent with previous case for theft.

Nehemiah A. Mosely, 30, Fourth Street, New Brighton, Pa. - sentenced to 180 days in jail with 100 days suspended and 80 days active, fined $200 and costs, placed on two years unsupervised probation for theft; case of possession of criminal tools dismissed.

Mexico Pitts, 22, Cleveland Avenue, Steubenville - failed to appear, cash/surety or 10 percent bond set at $25,000 for criminal trespass.

Sherri L. Lanam, 21, Shadyside Avenue, East Liverpool - sentenced to 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended, credit for nine days served and one day active, fined $100 and costs, placed on two years supervised probation for assault; sentenced to 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended and 10 days active to run concurrent with previous case, fined $100 and costs for resisting arrest.

Wanda S. Gregory, 45, St. Clair Avenue, East Liverpool - waived preliminary hearing, bound over to Columbiana County Court of Common Pleas for breaking and entering.

Joseph R. Garwood, 21, St. Clair Avenue, East Liverpool - fined $125 and costs for disorderly conduct.

Dustin R. Green, 18, May Street, East Liverpool - cash/surety or 10 percent bond set at $50,000, preliminary hearing set for 10:30 a.m. July 2 for burglary; pretrial set for 10:30 a.m. July 2 for obstructing business.
