TORONTO - Ruth N. Duncan, 58, of Toronto, passed away Wednesday, June 24, 2009 at the Trinity Medical Center, West, Steubenville.

She was born March 24, 1951 in Taylor Ridge - Athens County, Ohio the daughter of the late James and Norma Woods Oiler.

Ms. Duncan was preceded in death by sisters, Debra Kopras and Michelle Oiler.

Her survivors are brothers James Oiler of Steubenville, William Oiler of West Point, Paul Oiler, Randy Oiler, Michael Oiler, and Mark Oiler all of East Liverpool, Gary Oiler of Toronto, and Terry Oiler of Wellsville; sisters, Cheryl Oiler and Phyllis Jones of East Liverpool, Vicki Savoy of Cincinatti and Micki Crago of East Liverpool.

Friends and family will gather for visitation from 6-8 p.m. Saturday at the Clarke Funeral Home, 302 Main Street, Toronto.

A celebration service of Ms. Duncan's life will be held 8 p.m. Saturday, June 27, 2009 at the Clarke Funeral Home with Pastor Robert Hanze officiating.
