Frank Ruscoe, McCloskey Road, New Waterford, reported Wednesday a satellite dish was struck by a blunt object, such as a baseball bat. Ruscoe reported being awakened at 4 a.m. to the sound of gunshots, and his wife saw a motor vehicle stopped on the road near the dish. The vehicle took off when Ruscoe stepped out on the porch.

Two New Waterford-area people reported their vehicles were entered Monday night and items stolen: Candi Kornack of Crestview Road and Daniel Hull of Lindaway Drive.

Christine Stevenson, Votaw Drive, Guilford Lake, reported Tuesday she was arriving home when a neighbor mowing grass kicked up gravel that struck her vehicle. The neighbor denied any such thing occurred.
