Donna Greaves, 44, Columbia Street, East Palestine, entered no plea for a felony charge of trafficking in drugs and pleaded innocent to operating a vehicle under the influence, with preliminary hearing and pretrial June 18. Documents alleged she had crack cocaine for sale in East Palestine on June 12.
Carl Norris, 18, state Route 164, Salineville, was fined $50 for damaging state property for damage to the lawn, plants and embankment at Highlandtown Wildlife Area on June 2, documents said.
Amy Brown, Leetonia Road, Leetonia, was fined $20 for two counts of failure to confine dogs. Two charges for failure to register dogs were dismissed.
David Schaefer, 20, Hawkins Road, New Waterford, was fined $925 and sentence to 30 days in jail, with 27 days suspended, for OVI, speed and dru paraphernalia. He'll received credit for three days served and $300 of the fine upon completion of an educational program. His license was suspended for 180 days.
Alpino Raneri, 30, North Ellsworth Avenue, Salem, was sentenced to 72 days in jail for having weapons while intoxicated and improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle.
Thomas Phillips Jr., 36, West Wilson Street, Salem, was fined $825 and sentenced to 120 days in jail, with 105 days suspended and credit for two days served, for OVI, driving under suspension and a tail light violation. His license was suspended for 12 months.
Mario Jacome, 43, Midland, Pa., pleaded innocent to driving under suspension and traffic control devices, with pretrial Aug. 3.
Dan Cataldo, 45, Main Street, Wellsville, pleaded innocent to drug paraphernalia, with pretrial July 16.
Brandon Pinchom, 21, Warren, pleaded innocent to OVI, speed and no seat belt, with pretrial July 20.
Miriam Brady, 20, Winona Road, Salem, was fined $75 for a stopped school bus violation.
Amanda McCarty, 18, West Pine Street, Salem, was fined $100 and received a suspended 30-day jail term for driving without a valid license.
