NEW CUMBERLAND - Oak Glen High School will present Sweeney Todd at 8 p.m. Friday, Saturday, and Monday and at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in the little theatre. Price of admission is $7 adult, $6 seniors, and $5 for students. Tickets are available at the door.

SALINEVILLE - A hot sausage or steak hoagie sandwich and french fries sale will be held from 5-8 p.m. today at the Salineville Fire hall. Proceeds will benefit the Salineville Fire Department. Eat in or take out orders available. Call 330-679-2256 for more information.

HANOVERTON - The Hanoverton Historic Ghost Walk will be held June 13, 20, and 27. Cost is $5 per person, under 12 is free. Call Spread Eagle Tavern at 330-223-1583 for reservations.

WELLSVILLE - The Wellsville Historical Society along with the 4th Armored Division Historical Group presents the Second Annual WW II Living History Weekend, located at the River Museum. Honoring the families and friends who served our country past and present. Please bring your photos and relics for public display. Contact Brassy Beresford at 330-532-3941 for details. Display hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday. There will be a weapons demonstration at 1 p.m. Saturday.

SALINEVILLE -A community yard sale will be held beginning at 9 a.m. Saturday at Jenkins Feed & Supply in Salineville. It's free too sell, free to shop. Any question feel free to call 330-679-1212.

WELLSVILLE - The First Baptist Church located at 1401 Center St. will have the Second Annual Male Chorus Revue at 4 p.m. on Sunday. Male vocalist from Ohio and Pennsylvania will be "Praising God in Song." It will be presented by United Tri-State Community Choir.

WELLSVILLE - The children will be presenting the closing program of Crocodile Dock Vacation Bible School Sunday during the regular worship service at Yellow Creek Presbyterian Church, 17365 state Route 45. They will sing songs learned during VBS, and get their certificates of completion.

The Lamplighters are hosting a barn dance from 6-10 p.m. July 11 at the Wellington Farm. Don McCoy will call the square dance while the Country Squares provide the dancing music. Special guests include "The Singing Mailman", and Ali Ammon the 11-year-old singer and fiddler. Food will be served, as well as cornhole, horse-shoe pitching, a cake walk, and a 50/50 raffle. The charge for this event will be $4 per person, $2 for kids 6-12, and free for kids 6 and under. The proceeds of this event will be donated to the Building Fund at Yellow Creek Presbyterian Church. Please do not bring any alcoholic beverages.

EAST LIVERPOOL - The East Liverpool Middle School Cheerleading Booster Club will be holding a meeting at 6:30 p.m. Monday at Ponderosa in Calcutta. All parents are invited and encouraged to attend.
