Gary W. Stewart Jr., 34, East Catawba Avenue, Akron - failed to appear, bond set at $83 for seat belt violation.

James R. Mackall, 31, Yeager Drive, East Liverpool - failed to appear, bond set at $83 for seat belt violation.

Anthony O. Williams, 26, Idaho Avenue, East Liverpool - failed to appear, bond set at $83 for seat belt violation.

Joseph W. Cashdollar, 20, Brightview Drive, Chester - failed to appear, bond set at $152 for speeding.

Timothy A. Gregg II, 21, North Shady Lane, East Liverpool - fined $38 and costs for failure to obey stop sign.

John A. Bobbett Jr., 66, West Chester Avenue, Cleveland - sentenced to 180 days in jail with 150 days suspended and 30 days active with credit for time served, fined $500 and costs, placed on three years unsupervised probation for OVI above .17.

David J. Haught Jr., 23, St. Clair Avenue, East Liverpool - sentenced to five days in jail with credit for time served for drug paraphernalia.

Joel S. Davis, 20, First Street, Wellsville - fined $25 and costs for stop sign violation.

David W. Jackson, 21, Oak Grove Road, Wellsville - probation revoked, suspended sentence of 30 days in jail imposed to begin 9 a.m. July 10 for domestic violence.

Price Jr., 19, Burford Street, East Liverpool - sentenced to 180 days in jail with 150 days suspended and 30 days active, fined $200 and costs, placed on three years intensive probation for assault; sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended, fined $100 and costs for prohibition.

Donald L. McKenzie, 20, St. John Street, East Liverpool - sentenced to 10 days in jail to begin 9 a.m. June 19, fined $100 and costs for prohibition.

Kevin L. Reynolds, 35, Lisbon Street, East Liverpool - cash/surety or 10 percent bond set at $25,000, case bound over to Columbiana County Court of Common Pleas for felonious assault.

Vanessa L. Morrison, 29, Lisbon Street, East Liverpool - bond continued, case bound over to Columbiana County Court of Common Pleas for burglary.

James E. Kraft, 45, Smithfield Street, East Liverpool - sentenced to 30 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined $100 and costs, placed on two years unsupervised probation for expired operator's license; fined $30 and costs for improper backing.

Justin K. McBride, 22, Ohio Avenue, Youngstown - sentenced to 90 days in jail with 75 days suspended and credit for 15 days house arrest, fined $150 and costs, placed on two years unsupervised probation for driving under suspension; fined $28 and costs for required lights.

Vanita Nizer, 40, Wells Street, Newell - sentenced to 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended and credit for 10 days house arrest, fined $150 and costs, placed on two years unsupervised probation for driving under suspension; fined $25 and costs for required lights.

Johnathan T. Miller, 20, Ephriam Street, East Liverpool - sentenced to 30 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined $100 and costs, placed on two years supervised probation for prohibition.

Ashley D. Bable, 22, Taque Street, East Liverpool - sentenced to 90 days in jail with 85 days suspended and five days active to begin 6 p.m. June 19, fined $100 and costs and given 14 hours community service for payment of fines, placed on two years intensive probation for passing bad checks.

Dennis R. Byers II, 23, Ohio Avenue, East Liverpool - failed to appear, bond set at $10,000 for driving under suspension and failure to yield at a stop sign.
