COLUMBIANA COUNTY MUNICIPAL FOR 6-5
In county Municipal Court on Thursday, a preliminary hearing was scheduled for June 11 a man on a felony charge of failure to verify residence.
David Wright, 49, last known address Harvey Avenue, East Liverpool, was placed on $5,000 bond on the charge. Wright is a tier III sex offender and is accused of failing to verify his residence on or before Nov. 22.
A preliminary hearing was scheduled for July 16 for Larry Hawk Jr., 52, Manor Road Northeast, Minerva, on a felony charge of passing bad checks. Hawk is accused of having a check for $2,094 to Salem Oil Company dishonored due to lack of funds and having one of two predated checks, which was for $600, dishonored for insufficient funds after the $2,094 check was dishonored.
A preliminary hearing was scheduled for July 16 for Michelle Davidson, 32, Green Street, Lisbon, on a felony charge of passing bad checks. Davidson is accused of having four checks totalling $560 and written to Gene's Drive Thru, Salem, dishonored due to insufficient funds.
Kevin Eiler, 45, Grant Street, Rogers, pleaded not guilty to OVI first offense and tail lights; pretrial July 14.
Michael Bentfield, 42, Campbell Road, Salem, was fined $250 for disorderly conduct.
Ashley Sekely, 26, West Fifth Street, Salem, was fined $150 for obstructing official business, no driver's license and failure to yield.
David Wilson, 30, West Wilson Street, Salem, was fined $100 for obstructing official business. A charge of failure to yield against Wilson was dismissed.
Matthew Lesky, 22, East Fourth Street, Salem, was fined $150 for driving without a valid license.
Andres Francisco, 34, South Lincoln Avenue, Salem, was fined $100 for driving without a valid license.
Keith Weaver, 40, Youngstown, was fined $50 for no driver's license.
Shurl Stover II, 30, Thomas Road, Lisbon, was fined $100 for criminal damaging. Stover opened two game packages at the Salem Wal-Mart.
Jason Rafail, 32, Burgettstown, Pa., was assessed costs only for speeding.
