Rodney J. Bebbs Sr., 32, Youngstown, was charged with reasonable control after his vehicle, northbound on U.S. Route 30, went off the road and struck a tree.

Mark L. Ritchie, 38, North Benton, was charged with reasonable control after his northbound vehicle went off County Road 402, struck a utility pole, came back onto the roadway, went off the road again and struck a second utility pole.
