Andy Quimby, 27, Oakgrove Road, Wellsville - cash/surety of 10 percent bond set at $20,000, ordered to not have contact with victim, preliminary hearing set for 10 a.m. May 21 for domestic violence.
Mexico Pitts, 22, Cleveland Avenue, Steubenville - own recognizance bond set at $5,000, pretrial hearing set for 8:30 a.m. June 25 for criminal trespass.
Tyrone M. Davis, 36, Eighteenth Street, Wellsville - sentenced to 30 days in jail with credit for 25 days served for driving under suspension; sentenced to 30 days in jail with credit for 30 days served for driving under suspension.
Corey M. Faessel, 19, Echo Dell Road, Rogers - own recognizance bond set at $5,000, pretrial hearing set for 1:30 p.m. July 2 for theft.
Edward M. Stasik, 65, Morton Street, East Liverpool - case of domestic violence dismissed due to victim's refusal to testify or cooperate with prosecution.
Tiffany L. Dorn, 20, Sprucevale Road, East Liverpool - own recognizance bond set at $5,000, pretirial hearing set for 1:30 p.m. July 2 for theft.
Timothy A. Jividen, 19, Sherwood, Avenue, East Liverpool - fined $50 and costs for temporary permit violation; fined $65 and costs for following too close.
Carolyn A. Curran, 41, Sprucevale Road, East Liverpool - sentenced to 30 days in jail with 27 days suspended and credit for three days Steer Clear, fined $425 and costs, placed on two years supervised probation for OVI; fined $28 and costs for marked lanes violation; case of OVI above .17 dismissed.
Sue Ann Fisher, 47, Eaton Road, Clinton, Pa. - sentenced to 30 days in jail with 27 days suspended and three days active, fined $250 and costs, placed on two years unsupervised probation for driving under suspension; fined $28 and costs for no turn signal.
Blair A. Boulding, 38, Pennsylvania Avenue, East Liverpool - case of domestic violence dismissed as victim has left the state.
