In Columbiana County Municipal Court on Tuesday, Dvaille Williams, 39, Youngstown, was sentenced to three days of traffic school, was fined $1,075 and had his driver's license suspended for six months on charges of a first offense of OVI, possession of marijuana, a marked lanes violation and a seat belt violation.
Joshua Gauding, 25, Lisbon Road, Leetonia, was sentenced to 23 days in the county jail, was fined $675 and had his driver's license suspended for six months on charges of a first offense of OVI and a tail lights violation; review hearing June 8.
Paul Crawford, 43, Bandy Road, Homeworth, was sentenced to three days of traffic school, was fined $725 and had his driver's license suspended for six months on charges of a first offense of OVI and a marked lanes violation.
Shane Bagley, 30, West State Street, Salem, pleaded not guilty to a first offense of OVI and driving under suspension; pretrial June 29.
Tessalynn Fairburn, 20, South Washington Street, East Palestine, pleaded not guilty to a first offense of OVI and a marked lanes violation; pretrial June 1.
Halley Longbottom, 22, state Route 45, Leetonia, pleaded not guilty to a first offense of OVI and a marked lanes violation; pretrial June 25.
Michelle Rice, 41, Park Avenue, Salem, pleaded not guilty to a first offense of OVI; pretrial May 26.
Luke Wellman, 21, South Avenue, North Lima, pleaded not guilty to possession of drugs; pretrial June 9.
Edward Pittman, 26, Garfield Road, Salem, was sentenced to three days in the county jail and was fined $250 on a charge of no operator's license.
Taylor Toothman, 18, North Lincoln Avenue, Salem, was fined $200 on a charge of underage consumption.
Roger Jarrell, 32, East Washington Street, Lisbon, was fined $150 on a charge of physical control.
Roger Brown, 53, South Lincoln Avenue, Lisbon, entered no plea on charges of driving under suspension and expired registration; pretrial July 2.
Lacey Hulton, 22, Lisbon-Canfield Road, Salem, pleaded not guilty to failure to reinstate license and assured clear distance ahead; pretrial June 30.
Benjamin Hipsley, 56, Wood Street, Wellsville, was fined $50 on a charge of passing bad checks.
Colleen Cope, 41, East Washington Street, Lisbon, pleaded not guilty to passing bad checks; pretrial July 7.
A court trail was scheduled for July 9 for Jeffrey Corbin, 52, Clarks Mill Road, Salineville, on a charge of driving on left side.
Karen Klempay, 45, Canfield, pleaded not guilty to stopped school bus; pretrial June 16.
Jonathon Arnette, 24, Main Street, Wellsville, was fined $30 on a charge of speeding.
Melinda Reynolds, Black Road, Lisbon, was fined $20 on four counts of no dog registration.
Thomas Wright, 60, Franklin Avenue, Salem, was assessed costs only on a charge of equipment misuse, amended from failure to control.
Andrew Babalik, 21, Kingsridge Road, East Liverpool, was assessed costs only on a traffic signal violation.
Gary Dole, 61, McCracken Road, Salem, was sentenced to three days of traffic school, was fined $725 and had his driver's license suspended for six months on a first offense of OVI and a marked lanes violation.
Timothy Tate Jr., 19, Follansbee, W.Va, pleaded not guilty to a first offense of OVI, underage consumption and a marked lanes violation; pretrial June 30.
Chad Vargo, 19, Wellsburg, W.Va., was fined $200 on a charge of prohibitions.
Corry Carroll, 19, Wellsburg, W.Va., was fined $200 on a charge of prohibitions.

Courtney Welfcale, 20, Struthers, was fined $50 for speeding 50/45, amended from speeding 65/45.
Dustin Debrilovic, 23, Ravenna, was fined $30 for speeding.
