WELLSVILLE - Tiffany Ann Shinn 31, of 8th Street, Wellsville, Ohio, died at home on Tuesday, May 5, 2009.

She was born in Salem, Ohio, on March 12, 1978, a daughter of Virginia (Jarvis) Shinn of Gainsville, Va., and the late Richard B. Shinn.

Ms. Shinn was an assistant manager for Pizza Hut in Wellsville and was a 1996 graduate of Wellsville High School.

Besides her mother, she is survived by her husband, John W. Jarvis, II; two sons, John William Jarvis, III and Bradley James Jarvis, both at home; and a daughter, Jillian Nicole Jarvis at home; two sisters, Rose Nicole Venci of Burlington, Wis., and Faith Ann Manvell of Gainesville, Va.

Services will be held at the Wellsville Chapel of the Martin MacLean Altmeyer Funeral Homes on Saturday, May 9, 2009 at 1 p.m. with the Rev. William Betteridge of Riverside Presbyterian Church, officiating.

Following the services, family and friends will gather at the East Liverpool Chapel and Hospitality Center on West 5th Street for food and fellowship

The family will be present to receive friends at the funeral home in Wellsville on Saturday, May 9, 2009, from 11 a.m. up until the time of the service at 1 p.m.
