IN THE COURTS:

In Salineville Magistrate's Court this week, Magistrate Tim McNicol delayed sentencing for Jeffrey A. Custer, 31, Croft Lane, Hammondsville, on a disorderly conduct charge.

McNicol wanted to obtain additional information prior to making a decision on the case.

Dennis G. Baker, 56, state Route 39, Wellsville, was fined $300, sentenced to 30 days, three suspended, had his license suspended 180 days and was placed on probation one year for operating a vehicle while under the influence. He was fined $30 for driving left of center.
