East Liverpool Municipal Court for 2-27

The following cases were disposed of by the East Liverpool Municipal Court:

Brian A. Murphy, 31, Woodbine Avenue, East Liverpool - sentenced to 30 days in jail with 27 days suspended and credit for three days Steer Clear, fined $250 and costs, placed on two years supervised probation for reckless operation; fined $65 and costs for failure to control.

Wanda S. Gregory, 44, St. Clair Avenue, East Liverpool - sentenced to 90 days in jail with 84 days suspended and credit for six days served, fined $150 and costs, placed on two years unsupervised probation for violation of a protection order; sentenced to 90 days in jail with 84 days suspended and credit for six days served to run concurrent with previous case, fined $100 and costs for criminal damaging.

Donald P. Cochran, 42, Sprucevale Road, Rogers - sentenced to 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended and 10 days active to begin 9 a.m. March 24, fined $425 and costs, placed on two years supervised probation for OVI above .17; fined $30 and costs for left of center.

Katie R. Riley, 18, Morton Street, East Liverpool - fined $30 and costs for defective exhaust; charge of driving without a permit was dismissed.

Shawn M. Cunningham, 21, Baum Street, East Liverpool - cash/surety or 10 percent bond set at $5,000, pre-trial hearing set for 1 p.m. March 5 for obstructing official business.

Casey M. Cunningham, 28, Saline Street, Irondale - cash/surety or 10 percent bond set at $5,000, pre-trial hearing set for 1 p.m. March 5 for obstructing official business.

Peggy S. Farnsworth, 39, Crawford Avenue, East Liverpool - two cases of passing bad checks were dismissed upon payment of restitution and court costs.

Britney L. Mohney, 18, Padgett Road, East Palestine - sentenced to 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended and credit for 10 days house arrest, fined $200 and costs, placed on two years supervised probation for theft; case of possession of criminal tools was dismissed.

Jordan W. Plevel, 20, Hice Avenue, Industry, Pa. - sentenced to 30 days in jail with 27 days suspended and three days active to begin 9 a.m. March 17, fined $150 and costs, placed on two years unsupervised probation for theft.

Bryan Moffett, 36, Lusk Lock Road, Lisbon - probation revoked, suspended sentence of 90 days in jail activated for falsification, driving under suspension, leaving the scene and left of center.

Matthew S. Rudder, 19, Birch Road, East Liverpool - sentenced to 50 days in jail for receiving stolen property; sentenced to 60 days in jail to run consecutive to previous case for receiving stolen property; sentenced to 60 days in jail to run consecutive to previous case for prohibition; cases of obstructing business and prohibition were dismissed.

Thane J. Byers 19, Erie Street, East Liverpool - sentenced to 180 days in jail with 150 days suspended and 30 days active, fined $150 and costs, placed on three years intensive probation for prohibitions; sentenced to 90 days in jail with 60 days suspended and 30 days active to run consecutive to previous case, fined $100 and costs for receiving stolen property; sentenced to 90 days in jail with 60 days suspended and 30 days active to run consecutive to previous case for criminal damaging; sentenced to 90 days in jail with 60 days suspended and 30 days active to run consecutive to previous case, fined $100 and costs for receiving stolen property; cases of obstructing business and prohibition were dismissed.
