Phillip Richard Cline, 35, of Ferry Road in Chester - charged with petit larceny; pled not guilty, will face trial on March 9.

David Michael Denks, 43, of Pennsylvania Avenue in East Liverpool - charged with driving while license suspended; pled not guilty, will face trial on March 9.

Joseph Skylor King, 25, of Sixth Street in East Liverpool - charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and DUI first offense; pled not guilty, will face trial on March 9.

John W. Lavezoli, 62, of Sunnyland Avenue in Pittsburgh - charged with speeding, reduced to failure to obey a traffic control signal; fined $100 plus $72 in court costs.

Christophe Stevens, 21, of Belmont Court in New Manchester - charged with driving while license suspended; pled not guilty, will face trial on March 9.

Carl R. Weatherby, 37, of state Route 168 in Volant, Penn. - charged with speeding, reduced to failure to obey a traffic control signal; fined $200 plus $72 in court costs.

Brandon Whitacre, 25, of Lance Street in Ranson, W. Va. - charged with DUI, reduced to reckless operation; fined $500 plus $72 in court costs.

Elizabeth Jane Yans, 21, of Ambrose Street in East Liverpool - charged with driving while license suspended, fined $100 plus $72 in court costs; also charged with no proof of insurance, fined $200 plus $72 in court costs.

Gregory Cerchiana, 47, of Oblock Road in Pittsburgh - charged with speeding, reduced to failure to obey a traffic control signal; fined $100 plus $72 in court costs.
